These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the shipments and return shipments initiated by placing and cancelling orders on Wesdian Industries Private Limited’s Website, located at www.wesdian.com.

  • Shipping available only in India.
  • On receiving the order, 1) the package will be made ready for dispatch within 2 working days (In best case, on the same day), 2) the details are shared with the shipping partner (Check Terms of Use and Privacy Policy) and the order will be dispatched within 2 working days from the warehouse.
  • Shipment will be packaged in durable, temper proof, sealed and govt. approved packaging material. You can report any issue with packaging at support@wesdian.com. The resolution will be provide within 2 working days.
  • Once dispatched, delivery partner will try to deliver the order within 7 days. The estimated delivery times may change from location to location. Customers can check estimated delivery date before ordering, on product page.
  • Estimated delivery date and order tracking details will also be shared on email, after the order is shipped.
  • Shipping cost, for COD orders, will be displayed on payment page, while selecting the COD payment option.

Conditions for Return Shipment on order cancellation

  • Return Shipments are available only in India from the original delivery address, where the shipment was delivered.
  • Customer must return the article in un-tempered condition, i.e. All the article tags and labels must be there in return package and article must not be damaged.
  • On receiving cancellation request, the request will be forwarded to shipping partner.
  • shipping partner will arrange and schedule the pickup, same will be informed to the customer by email/sms. After successful pickup, delivery partner will try to deliver the package to us within 7 days. Delivery times may change from location to location.
  • Refund for the cancelled orders will be processed only after receiving and the necessary checks done on the package ( Check Cancellation & Refund Policy !).
  • Cancelled orders, which are, still in transit, will be refunded after the cancellation ( Check Cancellation & Refund Policy !) and the return shipment will be chandelled by delivery partner.
  • If customer receives a cancelled order because of the late cancellation request, than customer has the right to not accepting the order and inform the delivery executive about the cancellation. Our shipping partner will handle the return shipment.
