These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the cancellation and refund for the orders placed on Wesdian Industries Private Limited’s Website, located at www.wesdian.com.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

WESDIAN has a very generous cancellation, return and refund process for you, if the product is not damaged or tempered while returning and you are unsatisfied by the service provided by WESDIAN. For help with this, please visit your order section in your account or write a mail to us. Expect 1-2 days for the resolution.

In case, the order is cancelled by the customer, before the dispatch of the order than the refund amount will be processed within 24 hours / next working day (Public holidays not included). Payment may take up to 15 days to reflect in the source account. If, you did not receive refund within 15 days, write to us at support@wesdian.com for escalating the issue.

If the order is cancelled after the dispatch of the product, the refund amount will be processed within 24 hours / next working day (Public holidays not included) of “Non delivery / Not delivered” confirmation by our shipping partner. Payment may take up to 15 days to reflect in the source account. If, you did not receive refund within 15 days, write to us at support@wesdian.com for escalating the issue.

If customer wants to return the product, he/she can raise cancellation request on my orders section or by writing a mail to support@wesdian.com or through WhatsApp number +91-7906272475. Order ID must be mentioned while contacting via email or WhatsApp. The refund amount will be processed within 24 hours / next working day (Public holidays not included) of receiving the product at our processing center.
